Cancellation Policy Training Courses

Invoices will be sent prior to the course date.

In the event you can no longer attend the course, you are welcome to substitute your space with another delegate. Please make Lorit Consultancy aware of this change prior to the course.

If you must cancel your booking, please provide notice of cancellation of the booking in writing to Lorit Consultancy.

Cancellation charges will apply:

• 4 weeks or less prior to the course date: 35% of fee (unless you would like to reschedule within the next 6 months)
• Within 2 weeks prior to the course date: 50 % of fee (unless you would like to reschedule within the next 6 months)
• Within 7 days prior to the course date: 100% of fee
